Actor Chad Lowe and his producer wife, Kim Painter, have put their sprawling Los Angeles home on the market for $3.2 million—just over a month after their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona, died.

Lowe, 58, and Painter, 52, listed the four-bedroom dwelling on Oct. 16, just weeks after announcing the devastating news of their daughter's passing, as first reported by the TMZ.

Now, not only have they put the pad on the selling block, they have also accepted an offer of $3.24 million.

However, the offer is contingent on certain conditions being met.

The home comes complete with three bathrooms and sprawls across 3,239 square feet.

Lowe and Painter purchased the Spanish-inspired abode in March 2025 for $3.15 million.

Fiona's death was announced via a statement from the family shared to People on Sept. 29 that read, “We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona. She was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents,” the family said, adding, “In fact, she was the light of our lives.”

“Her passing is devastating for our entire family and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, please reach out to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.”

Fiona was the second of their three daughters. They also share daughters Mabel Painter, 17, and Nixie Barbara, 10.

Mabel honored her sister in a heartbreaking social media post following her death, penning, “I love you so much, Fiona. I wish your short time here was easier and I hope your mind is at ease now. I will honor you forever and keep your memory alive. I love you, I hope you knew just how much.”

On Oct. 2, Fiona's cause of death was determined to be a suicide.

After her death, a family friend told the Daily Mail that Fiona had been devastated by the loss of their California home due to the Palisades fire last year.

Mykesha Robinson told the outlet, "Something happened when the fires happened," adding, that the family “lost everything.”
