Donald is more than a trusted real estate advisor; he’s an advocate, educator, and leader. Serving as a local director for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) and as a delegate to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), he dedicates countless hours to championing property rights, promoting homeownership, and shaping policies that protect both clients and practitioners. He is also Vice Chair of the Oregon Realtors® Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and will take the chair position in 2026—proof of his long-term commitment to building a more inclusive industry.

From tax reform proposals that better reflect today’s home values to initiatives protecting generational wealth transfer, Donald works to ensure that Realtors® have a strong voice in decisions that impact their clients and their livelihoods.

Within Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty, Donald is equally valued for his wisdom and generosity.
