This Year's Featured Site: Serres Farms in Oregon City

For its 50th anniversary, the Street of Dreams returns to a traditional single site format at Serres Farms in Oregon City, developed by Icon Construction. Surrounded by valley views and set against classic Northwest scenery, the featured site showcases seven luxury homes built by some of the region's premier builders, architects, and interior designers. Notably, this year's show also includes the first townhome community ever featured in Street of Dreams history, a semi-custom collection with three to four bedroom floor plans starting in the low $500s, a signal that the event is expanding its definition of what luxury living can look like in the Portland market.

The On Tour Expansion: More Homes Across the Metro

Beyond Oregon City, the 2026 Street of Dreams extends throughout the greater Portland region through its ON TOUR feature. More than fifteen additional homes are open across multiple communities, including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Southwest Portland, Northwest Portland, and even as far as Cannon Beach. For buyers researching a specific neighborhood or comparing new construction options across the metro, this expanded format makes it easier to see multiple areas in a single season.

Don't Miss: Style at the Street

The VIP event Style at the Street returns August 20 for the first time since 2017, featuring fashion, local makers, food, and design. A portion of proceeds benefits the Home Building Association's Professional Women in Building Scholarship Fund.

Why the Street of Dreams Matters if You Are House Hunting

  • A preview of design trends: the finishes, layouts, and materials featured here often show up in resale listings eighteen to twenty four months later, so touring early gives you a sense of where buyer taste in Portland is headed.
  • A benchmark for new construction pricing: seeing what luxury builders are charging per square foot this year helps calibrate expectations if you are comparing new construction to an existing home purchase.
  • A look at builder and architect quality: if you are planning a future custom build or major renovation, this is one of the best ways to see multiple builders' work side by side in one season.
  • Inspiration for your own sale: if you are preparing to list an existing home, walking a few Street of Dreams properties is a fast way to see what today's buyers expect from a move in ready home.

“I walk the Street of Dreams every year, not just for the homes, but for what it tells me about where buyer expectations are headed. It is one of the best market research tools available to anyone thinking about buying, selling, or building in Portland this year.”

Planning Your Visit

  • Tickets provide one time entry into every home on the tour, so plan a full day or split your visit across two trips if you want to see everything.
  • The featured site at Serres Farms in Oregon City is the anchor location, while the ON TOUR homes are spread across the metro, so mapping your route in advance saves time.
  • The show is only open Thursday through Sunday, so weekday visits outside those hours will not be possible.

Whether you are actively house hunting, planning a future build, or simply love seeing what Portland's luxury home market has to offer, the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams 50th anniversary show is worth the trip. And if walking through this year's homes gets you thinking seriously about buying, selling, or building in the Portland area, I would love to help you take the next step.
