Who We Are
Suzanne Clark Cambray is a licensed Principal Broker in both Oregon and New York, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and the founder of Moving to PDX Collective. Originally from London and a Portland resident since 1995, Suzanne began investing in real estate in 2003 before launching her brokerage career. She leads a small, highly skilled team that operates under the globally respected Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty brand. The team is largely referral-based — a testament to the trust, clear communication, and personalized service they consistently deliver. Suzanne is also co-owner of a Portland-based residential construction company, giving clients a practical edge when evaluating improvements, preparing a home for sale, or assessing a property's full potential.
